Step 1: Invite Your Customer to Leave a Review

Ask your customer to gently tap the back of their phone against the Tap'N'Review plate to instantly open the review submission form.

Step 2: Submit the Review

Once tapped, the Google review page will open on your customer’s phone. They can select a star rating (1-5) and optionally add a comment or photo.

Possible issues

  • Phone Doesn’t Detect the Plate
  1. If the phone doesn’t detect the NFC plate, try tapping different areas of the phone (higher, lower, etc.), as NFC sensors vary in location across devices.
  2. If it still doesn’t work, ensure that the customer’s NFC function is enabled—this is usually found in the phone’s quick settings.

Note for iPhone Users:
On some devices, such as Apple iPhone, the customer may need to tap a notification that appears asking if they want to open the link. 

  • Phone Prompts Customer to Log Into Google Account

If prompted to log into their Google account, remind the customer that only registered users can leave reviews on Google. They will need to log in or sign up to proceed.

Maintenance

Tap’N’Review products require no special maintenance. To keep them looking their best, gently clean with a soft, damp cloth—avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
